# Checklist history

> Look back over the checklists your routines sent out: which were completed, which were missed, who finished them and how far each got

**History** shows every checklist your [routines](https://docs.levelset.io/forms/routines.md) sent out at one store, day by day, newest first: whether it was finished, who finished it, and how far it got. It answers questions like "was the closing checklist done last Tuesday?" without opening submissions one by one.

Open **Workflows > Forms**, then the **Routines** tab, and switch **Routines | History** to **History**. It shows the store selected at the top of the sidebar.

## Read the history

The list opens on the last 14 days. Pick **7d**, **30d** or **90d**, or your own dates; history shows up to 90 days at a time, and a longer pick keeps its end date and moves its start. Narrow it with **Routine**, which lists your custom forms and checklists (or **All routines**), and **Status** (or **All statuses**).

Each day lists its checklists with:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Checklist | The form's name, and **Due** with its time |
| Status | **Completed**, **Missed**, **Open** for one still in progress, or **Cancelled** |
| Completed by | Who finished it |
| Progress | How many items were done, for example 3 of 5 |

Click **View submission** on a finished checklist to see its answers, photos and readings. Dates with nothing to show read **No checklists in these dates.**

A routine that runs several times a day, such as a temperature log at 10:00, 2:00 and 6:00, shows one row per time, each with its own status. See [Run a routine several times a day](https://docs.levelset.io/forms/routines.md#run-a-routine-several-times-a-day).
