# Billing

> Your subscription, trial status, and payment details

Billing shows your subscription and gives you a way into payment details. You need Billing > View Billing to open it, and Billing > Edit Billing to change anything.

Open **Organization Settings > Billing**.

## If you have no subscription yet

The page reads **No Active Subscription** and points you to your Levelset representative. Plans are not self-serve from this screen, so reach out and they will set it up.

## If you have a subscription

The page shows your plan, its status, and your payment details.

| Status                | Meaning                                                                          |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Trial                 | You are inside your free trial. A banner shows days remaining and the end date   |
| Active                | Your subscription is running normally                                            |
| Past Due              | A payment did not go through. Your features stay on while the payment is retried |
| Canceled              | The subscription has been canceled                                               |
| Cancels at period end | Cancellation is scheduled. Everything works until the date shown                 |

Recent invoices are listed on this page with the date, amount, status, and a PDF to download. Payment methods and receipts live in the payment portal you open from here. That portal is run by our payment processor, so your card details are never stored in Levelset.

With Billing > Edit Billing you can also change your plan or cancel the subscription from this page.

## Plans

Levelset has two plans. **Measure** covers Positional Excellence, Discipline, the Roster, viewing your schedule, and up to 10 custom forms. **Deploy** adds Evaluations, Levi, schedule editing, Integrations, the AI setup generator, and unlimited custom forms.

The Billing page lists what your own plan includes, which is the version to trust.

Sections belonging to a plan you are not on appear with a **Pro** badge. Clicking one explains what it is instead of opening it, and offers a link back here if your level includes Billing > Edit Billing.

Pricing is per location. For current pricing, open this page or ask your Levelset representative, so you are working from the figure that applies to your account.

## Common questions

    Access follows your subscription status. While a subscription is in good standing, including through a payment retry, your features stay on. If it ends up canceled or unpaid, plan features turn off. Your data stays.

    No. Evaluations is part of Deploy.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I see the schedule on Measure?">
    Yes. Viewing the schedule is available on both plans. Editing it and the scheduling settings are part of Deploy.

  <Accordion title="Billing is missing from my sidebar.">
    Your permission level does not include Billing > View Billing. Someone who manages permissions can turn it on. See [Permissions](/organization-settings/permissions).
