# Team links

> Get a store's mobile web app link and QR code, see what the link opens, set the discipline form password, and set your organization's team member website

The **mobile web app** is a web page that opens one store's forms on any phone, with no sign-in. Leaders use it during the shift to submit positional excellence ratings and discipline. The dashboard needs each person's own login; the mobile web app needs only the store's link, so whoever holds the link can use it. Each store has its own link, and this page is where you get it.

Open **Organization > Set up > Team links**. The **Mobile web app** section shows the store selected at the top of the sidebar, so switch stores there for another one. If your role can see organization details, an **Organization details** section below it holds your organization's team member website.

## Get the link and QR code

Say your leaders will rate positions from their phones starting this week. The section shows the store's QR code and its link, which looks like `app.levelset.io/mobile/` followed by a code unique to the store. Click the copy icon to copy the link. Scanning the code opens the forms already pointed at that store, so nobody picks a store or signs in.

**Print This Page** opens a ready-made PDF of the code for the store in a new tab. Put the printout where leaders can reach it and guests can't, such as the back office, have leaders scan it with their phone camera, and tell them to add the page to their home screen so it opens like an app. How leaders then fill in a form is on [Submitting ratings](/positional-excellence/submitting-ratings) and [Submitting infractions](/discipline/submitting-infractions).

## What the link opens

Anyone holding the link can open the store's ratings and discipline forms and submit them, plus the Debrief where your store uses debriefs and the store's checklists when it has any. A form records the leader picked on it, not who held the phone. The code at the end of the link also opens the store's public ratings scorecard, a page that shows the store's ratings with no login.

The **leader code**, which is the store's discipline form password, always guards the discipline form. It guards ratings or the Debrief only when that form has **Require the leader code** switched on. Checklists never ask for it.

The link does not change when someone leaves. If a leader who knew it leaves, change the leader code so the discipline form is closed to them. If the link has reached someone who should never have had it, also email [support@levelset.io](mailto:support@levelset.io) to have the store's link replaced.

## Set the leader code

The leader code is what a leader types in the mobile web app before the discipline form opens, and before any other form that requires it. Because the mobile web app has no individual logins, this code is the control on a shared phone. It is per store, and it is kept in the **Discipline Form Password** setting.

1. Under **Discipline Form Password**, click the eye icon to show the current leader code.
2. Type the new one and click **Save Password**.
3. Confirm in **Confirm Password Change**.

Tell your leaders the new leader code. It applies to anyone who opens the link after the change; a phone that already has the form open keeps asking for the old one until the page reloads. The same code also appears on **Performance > Set up > Discipline rules**, on the **Access** tab, and a change in either place changes both.

  Leaving the field empty does not remove the prompt. With no leader code set, the mobile web app accepts the store's number instead, and that is not a secret. Set a real leader code.

## Set the team member website

The **team member website** is a web address where your team finds the resources your organization publishes, such as a team site or an intranet. It is one address for the whole organization, not one per store. Levelset keeps the address; it does not host the page or check what is on it.

Under **Organization details**, enter the full address, starting with `https://`, under **Team Member Website**, and click **Save Changes**.
