Classic View
The Classic View shows positional ratings in a spreadsheet-style format. It’s great for printing, displaying on screens, and quick visual comparisons.How to Access Classic View
Option 1: From the Dashboard- Go to Positional Excellence
- Click Go to Classic View

What You’ll See
The Classic View displays a grid with:- Rows = Team members
- Columns = The 5 rating criteria for the selected position
- Cells = Average rating for each criterion (color-coded)
Color Coding
Each cell is colored based on the rating:| Color | Meaning | Score Range |
|---|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Crushing It | High scores |
| 🟡 Yellow | On the Rise | Middle scores |
| 🔴 Red | Not Yet | Low scores |
Using the Controls
Select a Position
Use the dropdown at the top to choose which position to view. The grid updates to show ratings for that position.Toggle FOH/BOH
Use the toggle to switch between:- FOH - Front of House positions only
- BOH - Back of House positions only
View Options
- Expand/collapse rows to see more or less detail
- Scroll horizontally if there are many criteria columns

- Display the Classic View on a screen
- Walk through team performance by position
- Recognize top performers
- Identify areas for group training
One-on-One Reviews
- Open the Classic View filtered to one person
- Print or share the screen
- Discuss specific criteria scores
- Set development goals
Training Planning
- Look for columns (criteria) with lots of red/yellow
- These indicate skills the team needs to develop
- Plan training sessions around common gaps
Recognition
- Find employees with mostly green scores
- Recognize their excellence publicly
- Ask them to help train others

Colors don't match what I expected
The color thresholds are configured in Organization Settings → Positional Excellence → Rating Scale. Check those settings or contact your administrator.
Some employees are missing
Some employees are missing
The Classic View shows employees who have been rated in the selected position. If someone hasn’t been rated yet, they won’t appear.
Data looks outdated
Data looks outdated
Refresh the page to get the latest data. Ratings update in real-time, but the view may cache briefly.
