Integrations connect Levelset to another product your restaurant already uses. The section is part of the Deploy plan and shows a Pro badge otherwise. You also need Form Management > Edit Forms to see it at all. Open Organization Settings > Integrations.

Connecteam

The connector available today. Connecting it lets you pull forms you have already built in Connecteam into Levelset, so you do not rebuild them by hand.

Get your key from Connecteam

Generate it in Connecteam, in their own settings. Levelset cannot create it for you.

Paste it into Levelset

Enter it in the Integrations page and connect.

Choose what to bring over

Levelset lists the forms it can see. Pick the ones you want and import them. Forms already imported are marked so you do not duplicate them.
Once a form is imported it is a Levelset form. Editing it in Levelset does not change the Connecteam original, and editing the Connecteam original does not update the Levelset copy. Treat your key like a password. Anyone with it can reach your Connecteam data.

HotSchedules is not here

Bringing your roster and schedule over from HotSchedules is not an integration and is not configured on this page. It is an import you run yourself from your own HotSchedules session, and it is available on both plans. You start it from the Roster. The only HotSchedules setting in Organization Settings is connecting a HotSchedules job to a Levelset position, which lives in Positional Excellence > Positions.

Common questions

No. Everything in Levelset is done through the screens described in these guides. There is no programmatic access.
It needs Form Management > Edit Forms on your permission level in addition to the plan. Without that permission it does not appear in the sidebar at all.
