Your plan decides which features your organization has. Permissions are a separate layer: they decide which people can use a feature your organization has. So a feature can be missing for two reasons, and this page covers the first. Levelset has two plans, Measure and Deploy, billed per store, monthly or annually. Billing and plan shows which one you are on, its status, recent invoices, and the way into the payment method. Open Organization > Set up > Billing and plan. It covers your whole organization, whichever store is selected at the top of the sidebar. Here because a feature shows a Deploy tag? Go to What each plan includes.

Read your plan and status

Say a leader asks why Levi, the assistant built into Levelset, shows a Deploy tag in their menu. Start with the plan card at the top of the page. It names your plan and whether it is billed monthly or annually, and below that shows the number of Locations, a Multi-location discount when your organization has one, the Monthly Total or Annual Total, the Next Billing date (or Trial Ends during a trial), and the Status. A new customer’s one-time Setup fee shows as paid or waived, and its invoice is marked Setup fee in the invoice list. Included Features lists what your plan gives you; if Levi is not there, the plan is the reason. Recent Invoices lists each invoice with its date, amount and status, with Download PDF on each. If the page reads No Active Subscription, your organization has no plan yet; email support@levelset.io.

Change the plan

In the example, adding Levi means moving to Deploy. Click Change Plan to open a side-by-side comparison of Measure and Deploy, choose monthly or annual, and pick the plan. The change applies to the whole organization. Moving down to Measure asks you to confirm first, in a window that lists the Deploy features your organization will lose. Nothing is deleted: schedules and history are kept, out of reach until you move back to Deploy. An organization on custom pricing sees “Custom pricing plans are changed by Levelset support.” in place of Change Plan; email support@levelset.io to change it.

Update the payment method or cancel

Manage Payment Method opens the payment page of Levelset’s payment processor, where cards and receipts are kept. Your card details are entered there and never stored in Levelset. Cancel Subscription asks you to confirm. The plan then keeps working to the end of the period you have paid for, and the status reads Cancels at period end until then. A cancellation during a trial ends on the trial date with no charge. To undo it before that date, click Reactivate.

What each plan includes

Measure covers Positional Excellence, Discipline, team members and the Org Chart, Goals, Evaluations, Forms and routines, Automations, Integrations, Documents, Setups, viewing the schedule, and up to 10 custom forms. Deploy adds Levi; building and editing the schedule; the setup generator, where Levi builds a shift’s setup for you; the debrief interview, a conversation with Levi that fills in the shift’s Debrief instead of a form; and unlimited custom forms. A feature your plan does not include shows a Deploy tag. Clicking it explains the feature instead of opening it. If you can change billing, it also offers Go to Billing; otherwise it gives a support address to ask about upgrading.

Who can do what

If you’re missing something here, ask whoever manages roles in your organization to turn it on. See Roles.

Common questions

The subscription starts on the plan you chose, unless it was canceled. Features stay on while the subscription is in good standing, including while a failed payment is retried. If it ends up canceled or unpaid, plan features turn off and your data stays.
Yes. Viewing the schedule is on both plans; building and editing it is part of Deploy.
The plan gives the feature to your organization; each person’s role decides whether they can use it. The help page for that feature names the permission it needs.
